Reethi Faru Resort To Reopen From 1st October With Enhanced Safety Protocols

Reethi Faru Resort will reopen from 1st October 2020 with enhanced hygiene and safety protocols.

Since the closure in early April 2020, Reethi Faru Resort has followed all protocols and guidelines relating to COVID-19 outbreak, and the resort has been completely COVID-19 free.


The resort has also put ‘The Reethi Faru Hygiene & Safety Protocol’ in place, fully compliant with the guidelines from World Health Organization (WHO), Local Health Authorities & Tourism Associations. Additionally, Reethi Faru Resort has put a dedicated COVID-19 response team to eliminate any uncertainty that guests may have on their upcoming holiday at the resort.

“We would like to reassure you that our top priority will remain the health and well-being of our guests and team members,” a statement by the resort read. “During the closure, we have been busy at the resort in making improvements targeted towards enhancing the guest experience and we truly cannot wait to surprise you with the same. We look forward to having you back with us again.

Reethi Faru Resort has also presented the option of re-booking for those affected due to the temporary closure. They can book on any future dates till 30th September 2021 and at the same rates booked originally (Transfer rates will be as per the contract and only blackout periods – New Year, Valentine & Easter – will be excluded).

Reethi Faru Resort is a Bio Luxury resort, situated in Raa Atoll, on the small island of Filaidhoo with a unique, beautiful house reef. All 150 rooms feature a mini bar, safety deposit box, satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, a partly open-air bathroom equipped with toiletries.
