The InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort has recently welcomed Shantha De Silva, Head of Resorts at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Group South East Asia.
Shantha De Silva, currently residing in Melbourne, Australia has been working in the InterContinental Hotels Group for over 14 years. He has worked at operations, marketing, and sales and was responsible for the operations and performance of the hotels while maintaining maximum profitability and return on investment.
He was the Head of South West Asia at InterContinental Hotels Group before becoming the Head of Resorts at InterContinental Hotels Group.
