Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa has announced Greg Allan as their newly appointed General Manager, effective from October 20, 2024.
Greg returns to Marriott with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. He previously served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Aryaduta Hotel Group, Vice President of Operations for ASEAN at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Area Vice President at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. Additionally, he held the position of Vice President – Rooms, Food & Beverage at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore.
Greg has also held various leadership roles at Marriott International, including Area Director of Operations Southeast Asia and General Manager at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza, and JW Marriott Jakarta Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments Jakarta, as well as F&B leadership roles at Amman Marriott Hotel and JW Marriott Hotel Dubai.
In his most recent role, he served as Chief Operating Officer at PT Surya Internusa Hotels, overseeing the commercial, operational, and development plans for 11 branded hotels, including LXR Hilton, Melia Hotels, and BATIQA Hotels.
Outside of his professional life, Greg enjoys outdoor activities, photography, and keeping up with current affairs.
