TTM Maldives 2020, the leading international travel trade show of Maldives, which was held virtually this year from 23rd-26th November 2020 has concluded.
The event was kicked off with the TTM Travel Summit that took place virtually from 23rd to 24th November. The summit was broadcasted live on its platforms Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. This year’s summit focused on ‘Reigniting Tourism in Maldives’. Tourism Minister, Dr. Abdulla Mausoom shared government strategies to reignite the Maldivian tourism at the TTM Travel Summit 2020. Other distinguished speakers who joined included Secretary General of MATI Ahmed Nazeer, Indian High Commissioner to the Maldives Mr. Sunjay Sudhir, Bangladesh High Commissioner to the Maldives Mr. Mohammad Nazmul Hassan and Managing Director of MMPRC Thoyyib Mohamed.
The B2B meetings took place from 25th to 26th November, virtually using the relaunched TTM Connect, the online travel trade portal of Maldives with over 500 industry partners.
The main partner for the event was the telecommunications giant, Ooredoo Maldives. Endorsing partners for TTM Maldives 2020 were the Ministry of Tourism, Maldives Marketing and PR Corporation, Maldives Association of Tourism Industry, and Maldives Association of Tourism Professionals.

Travel Trade Maldives (TTM) is the leading international travel trade fair held in Maldives, showcasing over 150 resorts/hotels & leading 200 operators from the top 30 countries to the Maldives. This will be the fourth edition of TTM Maldives, and will be held virtually from 25th to 26th November. Using the newly relaunched “TTM Connect” software, trade exhibitors and visitors will be able to connect and network online.
